We left Hotel Gourmet for Llangollen & lunch, planning tea at The Bird On The Rock near Clungunford. This is set up as a 1930s English tearoom and has become very popular. We arrived to find it closed due to illness. A sign presented apologies to several people who had booked. We went to Ludlow instead, a modest tea & much walking.
Now back in Bredonborough, catching up with business.
